Shipping Information
For International orders - Shipping costs are calculated based on your final order (package size/weight) and shipping method you choose at checkout. You will be able to see the final shipping cost before paying for your order. The tracking number will be emailed to you once shipping is confirmed.
*Custom charges may apply depending on your country's import tax law. Kindly note this is to be paid by the customer if there is any. We will not be held responsible for customs charges.

For local orders - We offer both standard shipping (no tracking number) and registered shipping (with tracking number).

Typical Processing Time
We ship your product within 24 hrs! You will receive a confirmation email on your order followed by another confirmation email on your shipping details once your product has been shipped out.

Estimated Delivery Time
For local orders, it may take about 3-5 working days (the product may reach you earlier, depending on the shipping type selected).
For International orders, allow about 7-24 working days (depending on your location/country) for the product to reach you. Due to Covid-19, delays are to be expected, if the delivery time exceeds our current timeframe of 7-24 working days, we will do our best to assist you & keep you informed and updated. RETURNS & REFUND
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns. Please be sure of your purchase before finalising your order.
We handpick/handcraft our products carefully and ensure they are of the highest quality and are pure. If for some reason, you are unhappy with your purchase or there is some form of damage to your products upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help to resolve the issue.
